Educentric’s Breakthrough Performance Framework

At Educentric, we empower schools to radically rethink school improvement. Unlike traditional 30+ page improvement plans that are often incoherent, recycled, and no or little staff involvement, our approach is concise, strategic, and includes wide-spread input.
We work alongside school teams—including teachers and principals—to co-create a focused, two-page School Improvement Plan that identifies the school’s most important measure of success, defines its unique value proposition, and outlines the strategies and tactics aligned to its North Star Metric.
Our proprietary model draws from high-impact business principles and provides the principal and school turnaround team with the coaching, mentoring, accountability, and support needed to address persistent challenges, clarify strategic identity, and drive measurable improvement. Breakthrough performance redefines what’s possible in education. It reshapes expectations, transforms problem-solving, and delivers tangible gains in student outcomes. It’s not just a new way of planning; it’s a new way of thinking, leading, and succeeding.
