Theleadership team then completes a two-day Launch to set its North Star Metric, Priority Objectives,strategies, KPIs, and responsibilities — captured in a concise, two-page Flight Plan. From there, anexperienced Educentric Navigator works with the team all year to monitor execution, examine progress,clear barriers, and help the school pivot when needed.

Navigators are experienced educators — former principals, superintendents, district leaders, andturnaround leaders. They don't run the school; they coach the people who do.A standard partnership includes 25 one-hour virtual Navigation Huddles across the school year, plusscheduled on-site visits. In them, Navigators help the team read its KPIs, clear barriers, hold focus, andjudge whether strategies are producing the expected results. Additional on-site support can be arrangedwhen a district wants it.

The point is to reduce fragmented work, not add a layer of it.After the two-day Launch, the main ongoing commitment is the leadership team's one-hour NavigationHuddle. The work between huddles should be the school's existing improvement work — executingstrategies, watching student outcomes, and leading the building.
